Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

 

Return/Refund Policy

At Compositestar, we take great pride in the quality of our images. We define satisfaction as to the quality of the print or the presence of typos. We will not be responsible for the reprinting or the reshipping of any product that is not to the customer satisfaction unless it is clearly our fault. For example, if a name is mispelled on the final product due to our company receiving mispelled information on the initial order, we will still remake the image and correct the mistake but the customer will be responsible for the reprinting and reshipping of the product. We will require inspection of the product if there is a printer's issue only. In order for us to reprint a display due to a print quality issue, the customer will be required to send the product to us so the printer technician can inspect and address the issue. We will not charge you for a reprint or reshipping if it is clearly a quality control issue with our printer technician. The customer is not required to send the product back for typo mistakes. We can ascertain the mistake from our files and determine where the culpability lies. We will redo the image and resend at either our expense or yours, depending on where the typo originated. For typo issues only, we will send the image to the customer via email for proofing.  Once it is approved, we will reprint the image one time and will reship the new product to you. The purpose of the email transaction and final approval is to make sure you are satisfied before the image is reprinted. If we clearly are at fault for the error, we will gladly remake the image to your satisfaction and pay for the shipping and printing. There will be no refunds for the initial product. The images created are at the artist's discretion. Placement of the photo, poem, or other writing will be unique to each image and will not be changed.
